Scott Heron is a musician and digital designer located in southeast New Hampshire. He performs in a variety of folk, Americana, and bluegrass groups regionally and has toured across the US. He’s also been designing for print, web, and beyond for the past two decades and studied digital design at the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University.

Scott’s work in bands like Green Heron, Big Sweetie, and The Any Which Way, among many others, has received acclaim throughout New England and has been featured in a variety of print, radio, and television across the region. In 2020, he was listed as part of New Hampshire Magazine’s Best of 2020 and in 2023, he was featured on WMUR for New Hampshire Chronicle’s Summer Songfest. He’s also appeared on NHPR several times including The Folk Show and All Things Considered.

Scott’s design work spans a wide gamut from website design and development to photography and video production. He cut his teeth working for MOTU in Cambridge, MA, designing, maintaining and developing a wide array of products including redesigning the graphical user interface to their flagship audio software, Digital Performer. Scott continues work on graphic and web design projects of all kinds as a freelance artist.
